CCC terms of sale

1. What you buy
CCC is a virtual currency of the Curated Car Collection game. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game, and can only be used inside the app.
2. Price and payment
Each package costs the price shown in the store, in euros including taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
3. Immediate delivery and withdrawal
CCC is delivered to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. By buying you expressly accept immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once received.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment is refunded or a chargeback is opened, the CCC from that purchase is removed and the account is closed to purchases and may be closed.
5. Limits
Each account can buy at most €1,000 per month. The account must be at least 24 hours old. Purchased CCC cannot be used in the player Market for 48 hours.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of purchase.
