How to delete your data

You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data associated with your Curated Car Collection account, including any data obtained through connected social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

You can delete your account and your data yourself, inside the app, from Profile → Account → Delete my account, or by writing to info@curatedcarcollection.app. / Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y tus datos desde Perfil → Cuenta → Eliminar mi cuenta, o escribiendo a info@curatedcarcollection.app.

Steps to request deletion

1. Email us at info@curatedcarcollection.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your account.
3. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Revoking TikTok access

To disconnect TikTok at any time, open the TikTok app → Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions, and remove "Curated Car Collection". You can also revoke access from the Social Media Hub inside this platform. Revoking access immediately invalidates our access and refresh tokens, and any tokens we hold are deleted from our servers.

Revoking Instagram or Facebook access

To disconnect Instagram or Facebook at any time, go to your Meta account settings → Apps and Websites → and remove "Curated Car Collection". This immediately revokes our access to your social media data.
