Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Curated Car Collection you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.

2. The service

Curated Car Collection is a platform for cataloguing, documenting, valuing, showcasing and publishing classic and collectible vehicles. It also includes editorial content and two free game experiences described in section 7.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for all activity carried out under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the vehicle records, photographs, videos and text you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you, and to transmit it to the social platforms you personally authorise.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over everything you upload, including photography and music, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. The platform's own name, logo, design, editorial content, card artwork and software are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

5. Publishing to social platforms

Where you connect a TikTok, Instagram or Facebook account, the platform may upload and publish content on your behalf. Publication always requires your explicit confirmation for each individual post, after you have previewed the media, edited the caption and chosen the privacy setting. Nothing is posted automatically.

You remain solely responsible for the content published through your accounts and for complying with the rules of each platform, including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. You may disconnect a connected account at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit material; misrepresent a vehicle's identity, history or provenance; infringe copyright or trademarks; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service; automate interactions to manipulate rankings, balances or game outcomes; or use the platform to distribute malware or spam. We may remove content and terminate access for any breach.

7. The Arena and Apex Bets — free to play, no real money

The Arena (a collectible card game) and Apex Bets (an auction prediction game) are provided free of charge for entertainment and educational purposes.

• CCC coins, Paddle Points, cards, chassis numbers and trophies are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased with, exchanged for, or redeemed as real money, cryptocurrency or any item of monetary value.
• There is no wagering of real money and no cash prizes of any kind. Apex Bets is a prediction game using free in-game points, not a betting or gambling service.
• Virtual items are licensed to you for use inside the platform only. They are not your property, are not transferable outside the platform, and may be adjusted, reset or withdrawn where necessary to correct errors, exploits or abuse.
• Predictions relate to publicly announced auction results. We make no representation that any prediction, estimate or valuation shown is accurate, and nothing on the platform constitutes investment or financial advice.
• Seasons, tournaments and game balance may change at any time. If a game mode is discontinued, virtual items associated with it may cease to function, with no compensation owed.

8. Paid services

Certain real-world services (such as dossiers, certifications or auction fees) may be offered for payment. Prices and conditions are shown before purchase and processed through our payment provider. Statutory withdrawal rights apply where the law grants them.

9. Availability and liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that content, valuations or third-party data are free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required by law. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced within the platform and reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Spain having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
